Senior Estimator – Freelance – Berkshire

This leading Tier 1, Residential contractor has an immediate requirement for an Estimator to support the estimating team on new build residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate support to the Estimating team from the Berkshire regional office on new build residential projects (houses and low-rise blocks of flats).

Requirements

• Experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator with recognised main contractors on significant projects over £10m.
• Single stage and 2-stage tender experience is essential.
• A UK construction qualification is required.
