A leading estate agency in Sutton is looking for a Senior Estate Agent to generate valuations and conduct property viewings. The role requires an experienced sales person who can thrive in a target-driven environment. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission while being supported in their career progression. IT literacy and excellent communication skills are essential for this position. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.

OTE : £35K, Uncapped Commission, Career Progression, Company Car / Allowance

We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Sutton working in our well known Gascoigne-Pees estate agency.

Your role as a Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive , organized, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
