• Experience in managing flooding incidents and improving performance.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit flooding incidents for performance improvements.
• Support accurate recording of network escapes.
• Train and coach Network Escapes Technicians.

Skills

Strong technical background in wastewater and sewer flooding incidents

Good understanding of wastewater assets, failure modes, and solutions

Knowledge of regulatory measures

Ability to interpret technical and financial information

Skilled in data analysis

Proficient in Microsoft and Yorkshire Water systems (e.g. SAP)

Excellent written, verbal, and influencing skills

Ability to build strong internal and external relationships

Skilled in issue resolution

Experience working with contract partners and stakeholders
