The Senior Engineer will lead and coordinate civil engineering activities for the Carbon Capture Scheme project, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Holding a Temporary Works Co-ordinator (TWC) ticket, this role will have responsibility for managing all temporary works on site in accordance with BS 5975 and company procedures.

Job Description

Project Delivery:

  • Manage and oversee civil and structural works, including reinforced concrete, foundations, and associated infrastructure.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Temporary Works Coordination:

  • Act as the single point of contact for all temporary works on site.
  • Implement and maintain the Temporary Works Procedure, including design briefs, registers, and permits to load/strike.
  • Coordinate with designers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
  • Inspect and sign off temporary works installations, modifications, and dismantling.

Leadership & Compliance:

  • Mentor junior engineers and supervise site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and company HSE standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical queries and sequencing constraints.
Qualifications

Additional Information

This role will be based at our Mold Office (Flintshire) to cover office opening hours between 7am and 5pm
