Are you an experienced Civil Engineer looking for that next step where your work actually shapes new communities across the South?

We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to join our growing Technical Team in Reading, leading the engineering design and delivery of high-quality residential developments.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take projects from the drawing board to the finished site, coordinating everything from early design to technical approvals and on‑site solutions.

Your day‑to‑day will include :
  • Managing the design of roads, drainage, and infrastructure for new housing sites.
  • Securing technical approvals (Section 38, 104, 278, etc.).
  • Liaising with consultants, authorities, and internal teams.
  • Providing clear technical guidance during construction.
  • Ensuring cost‑effective, compliant, and sustainable designs.
About You

You’re a confident engineer who enjoys solving problems and working collaboratively to get things built right the first time.

You’ll bring :
  • A degree in Civil Engineering (or similar).
  • Chartered status (ICE) or working towards it.
  • Proven experience in residential infrastructure design.
