• Solid experience in Employment Law ideally gained in private practice.
• Able to run matters independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous supervisory or mentoring experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of high-quality employment work primarily focused on respondent matters.
• Work on unfair and wrongful dismissal cases, redundancy and restructuring.
• Provide corporate support and handle TUPE matters.
