Senior Employment Lawyer | 4+ PQE | Bournemouth

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented employment lawyer to join a leading regional firm with an outstanding reputation for quality, collaboration and client care. This is a chance to take on a senior role within a busy and well-supported employment team that advises a wide range of employers and individuals regionally and nationally.

The Role

You’ll work on a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including:

  • Advising on contracts, policies, handbooks, and HR processes
  • Managing disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and restructuring issues
  • Handling TUPE, discrimination, whistleblowing, and dismissal claims
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings
  • Supporting executive exits, board‑level disputes, and settlement agreements
  • Contributing to training, business development, and mentoring initiatives

You’ll have exposure to excellent quality work and supported by senior colleagues who encourage progression and provide a collaborative platform for you to grow your profile and client base.
