A leading construction company in the UK is looking for a Senior Electrical Manager to oversee electrical packages on complex new builds. The successful candidate will manage subcontractors, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and uphold safety and quality standards. We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Manager to lead the delivery of electrical packages on complex new build and cut & carve projects. You will manage electrical subcontractors, programme, procurement, quality and safety, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme and within budget.
Cambridge House is a prestigious Grade I listed redevelopment in Piccadilly, transforming the former ‘In and Out’ Club into a 102-key luxury hotel with seven super-prime residences . The project combines complex cut-and-carve works , heritage restoration and high-end new build elements.
