A leading UK motor finance company is looking for an Economic Crime Compliance Manager to deliver a first-class compliance function. This hybrid role, based in Redhill, requires significant risk and compliance experience within financial services. Responsibilities include managing compliance training and ensuring adherence to financial crime regulations. Qualifications

  • Significant risk and compliance experience in financial services operations.
  • Ability to produce clear and practical technical outputs.
  • Experience in stakeholder management up to Board Level.
  • Demonstrated ownership of regulatory issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and industry matters from UK finance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a first-class Economic Crime Compliance function.
  • Maintain awareness of changes to Financial Crime laws.
  • Ensure effective compliance training is delivered.
  • Support development of Financial Crime MI capabilities.
  • Manage implementation of changes from new regulations.
