Job summary

A leading global healthcare intelligence firm is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to provide technical expertise in developing and supporting eCOA business systems. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration and 3-5 years of eCOA systems analysis experience. Responsibilities include formulating system objectives based on user needs, solving complex issues, and advising junior analysts. This role is UK home-based and not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years eCOA systems analysis experience with eCOA solution design.
• Ability to understand eCOA client requirements and infrastructure applications.
• Demonstrated knowledge of business-wide applications.

Overview

Location: UK home-based

Job Overview

Provides technical and domain expertise in developing, delivering and supporting eCOA business systems to provide new or enhanced solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Under general direction formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and requirements.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
• Includes analysis of eCOA business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
• Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.
• Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Five (3-5) years eCOA systems analysis experience eCOA solution design
• Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g. third party software and internal operational applications etc.) or IQVIA client facing applications and products.
• Demonstrated ability to understand eCOA client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications systems and processes to enable execution of those skills.
• Knowledge of IQVIA data and current systems.
• This role is not eligible for UK visa sponsorship.
