Job summary

A leading multinational FMCG in Mayfair is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CIO and two Executives. This fast-paced role requires extensive experience in a plc setting, where you'll manage complex diaries and logistics while supporting projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with at least 5 years of experience, and possess advanced IT skills. The position offers a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 along with excellent benefits including private medical insurance and a 10% matched pension.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience as an EA within a UK plc.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact for two demanding Executives.
  • Provide full executive support, including complex diary and travel management.
  • Expenses and invoice management.
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Provide Project Management support and event coordination.

Skills

Advanced IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
Diplomatic and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders
