We are seeking a strategic leader to join Delivery & Change Excellence (DCE) – the team that drives delivery discipline and operational excellence across Wiley’s Technology & Operations organization. You’ll establish scale and embed a model for how T&O executes initiatives while supporting enterprise initiatives where DCE adds value, building capability, driving standards and proving value through results that help initiatives execute with fewer surprises and validated outcomes.
As a peer leader within Delivery & Change Excellence you’ll oversee program management, project delivery, change management and operational excellence – collaborating with Portfolio Management, Learning Services and Enterprise Business Performance to make DCE the credible partner that measurably improves how T&O delivers while supporting enterprise needs.
Reports to GVP Delivery & Change Excellence.

We are committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The range below represents Wiley’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting for roles either in the United Kingdom, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range; however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non‑discriminatory factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills and competencies.
