  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define, refine and prioritise a well‑organised product backlog.
  • Leading workshops, mapping “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes and identifying opportunities for improvement across digital journeys.
  • Working day‑to‑day with developers and QA to ensure stories meet the Definition of Ready and support smooth delivery through each sprint.
  • Conducting impact assessments, evaluating proposed solutions, and contributing to MVP definition and user experience reviews.
  • Supporting and mentoring mid‑level and junior Business Analysts, contributing to team capability and best practice.
What do I need?
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an Agile digital environment, including story writing, mapping and prioritisation.
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process modelling, data analysis and backlog management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Good working knowledge of Agile software development, Jira, and collaborative tools such as Miro.
  • Strong technical awareness with architecture fundamentals, data flows, development and testing approaches.
  • A detail‑driven, logical thinker who can challenge constructively, work independently and deliver high‑quality BA artefacts.

  • Employee discount scheme that gives you access to a car salary sacrifice scheme plus great discounts on healthcare, shopping, holidays and more
