About the Design Team

We’re a diverse team of designers with different specialisms—but one shared passion for craft, culture and creativity.

We’re constantly pushing ourselves and each other, challenging briefs, and elevating the work at every opportunity.

Design touches almost everything we do—from branding to big integrated campaigns. You’ll see our fingerprints on brands like Xbox, Just Eat, Dettol, Nurofen, and Mastercard.

We work closely with creatives, strategists, producers and the wider McCann network to bring the best ideas to life.

About the Role

We’re looking for aSenior Designer with sharp creative instincts and a love for craft. You pair strong conceptual thinking with polished, detail-focused execution—and you bring positivity and professionalism to every project. You’re collaborative, curious, and always looking to push the work further.

Here’s what we’re looking for :
  • A confident designer with solid experience in developing brands and design ideas across a range of media and campaign touchpoints
  • A strong portfolio that shows strategic thinking and visual craft at a high level
  • Creative at heart, with a sharp eye for detail and a real passion for visual culture
  • Skilled in working with photographers, illustrators, and motion designers to bring ideas to life
  • Comfortable taking direction and also contributing ideas to lift a concept further
  • Happy to support and guide junior designers when needed, with the possibility of future line management responsibilities
  • Highly proficient with AI tools—using them to enhance ideation and generate compelling visuals
  • Always up to date with design trends, tools, and creative technology
  • Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering on time and to brief
  • A collaborative team player who listens well and contributes thoughtfully
  • Comfortable handling multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to feedback, always learning, and excited to be part of a creative team doing great work
Expected Skillset
  • High-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite—particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects (for motion design)
  • Confident using AI tools for creative content generation across stills and video—from ideation to execution
