A leading construction firm is seeking a Senior Design Manager to champion design excellence across complex infrastructure projects. Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving design excellence across complex infrastructure projects? We’re looking for a Senior Design Manager to champion best practices and consistency across our UK portfolio.
In this pivotal role, you’ll set the standard for design management, embedding frameworks for performance, reporting, and governance. You’ll mentor and guide Design Managers, while also stepping in to lead key projects where your expertise can make the biggest impact. From shaping strategic initiatives to ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, you’ll play a critical role in delivering safe, innovative, and high-quality solutions.

Please note that this role is a hybrid where you will be expected to attend the office 2-3 times a week. The contractual office base is flexible and can be either Ilkeston, Cookstown, Balcombe or Apsley. This can be discussed further at interview.
