A regional health service provider in the UK seeks an experienced administrator to support the cardio-respiratory diagnostic team. The role involves booking diagnostic appointments, ensuring efficient service delivery, and responding to enquiries. Welsh language skills are desirable, and support will be provided to meet these requirements during employment.
We are seeking an experienced administrator to support the cardio‑respiratory diagnostic team at Glangwili General Hospital. The successful candidate will work with the administrative coordinator and admin team, booking cardiac and respiratory diagnostic investigations and cardiac procedures, delivering services efficiently and to the highest standards.

• Excellent communication skills, including sensitive communication with patients and colleagues.
• Understanding of the department’s core work, patient clinical pathways, and experience using hospital systems would be beneficial.
• Enthusiasm for high‑quality service provision, eagerness to learn and develop, and strong organisational skills to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Welsh language is desirable. Applicants who do not currently meet the Welsh Language requirements will have support to achieve the minimum desirable level during employment.
