• Respond to ServiceNow incidents.
• Resolve email and web browser issues.
• Conduct POI Investigations.
• Maintain on-prem Splunk solution.
• Handle 3rd/4th line Network Issues.

Skills

Managing and maintaining Splunk solution

3rd/4th line Network Security experience

Advanced Firewall and Proxy administration

Recent experience of working within security environments

Understanding of Networks, Routers, DMZ and Switches

Extensive Core Linux administration

Core MS Windows administration skills

Experience of VMware vSphere virtualisation systems

Root cause analysis across protocols

Knowledge of ITIL

Project delivery & implementation

Knowledge of MoD and government IT legislation

Certified Information Systems Security Professional or other security certification
