Overview

Senior Data Analyst – Bristol, United Kingdom. Location: Bristol, GB, BS16 1EJ. Hybrid: 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home. Compensation: £43,935 - £49,104 + Benefits. Role Type: Full time / Permanent. Role ID: SF65336.

The role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll work with customers across the defence sector to build solutions that deliver insight and support better operational decisions. You’ll manage the Analytics function within the Design Information Group and collaborate with the Data Exploitation team to conduct day-to-day activities.

  • Deliver analytics capability to a variety of customers with focus on discovering insight into Engineering Data.
  • Lead the Analytical function for the Data Exploitation team’s contributions to specific projects.
  • Manage delivery of capability to customers.
  • Challenge existing processes and procedures to add value.
  • Encourage customer and project team contributions in the most effective way.

This role is full time, 35 hours per week with hybrid working: 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.

Essential experience
  • Extensive experience as a Data Analytics professional with demonstrable capability.
  • Strong coding background with experience in Python or SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
  • A Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
