A community sports organization in Lancashire is seeking a Senior Cricket Development Coach to support and enhance cricket academy programmes and community participation. The ideal candidate will have a coaching qualification and a passion for promoting cricket in the local area. Responsibilities include session planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management. The role is full-time with competitive salary and benefits.

Working Pattern: Mon - Sat 35 hours per week

Salary: £24,000 - £26,500 per annum
The Senior Cricket Development Coach (SCDC) supports the Sports Development Manager with developing and delivering all aspects of the Cricket Academy delivered in partnership with Nelson & Colne College and Accrington and Rossendale College.
The SCDC is also responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of our community-based cricket provision and sports participation within Burnley and the surrounding areas.
