What you will do to be successful in this role

• Lead credit control activities to achieve collection in collaboration with teams across the organisation
• Mentor and support Credit Controllers to strengthen capability and embed consistent processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including supporting system integration and transformation activities
• Manage a small portfolio of clients, ensuring a client‑centric and solutions‑focused approach
• Support accurate and timely reporting, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and financial performance
