A global support service provider in Leeds is seeking a Senior Creative Workflow Coordinator. This role involves acting as the link between clients and creative teams, ensuring jobs progress smoothly. The ideal candidate has experience in managing workflows within creative environments, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. This full-time position offers an annual salary of £55,000 - £60,000 plus benefits, including generous holiday and private medical insurance.

Contract: Full Time Permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday shifts between 8:30am and 6pm but flexibility is needed with 1-hour unpaid lunch break

This is a varied role working as the link between the client and a pharmacy in the busy Creative Team to ensure that jobs progress smoothly and efficiently through the studio. The right candidate will have the right balance of people and organizational ability.
Previous experience of working in cross‑functional teams as a Workflow Coordinator, Traffic Manager or Production Manager with creative environment knowledge is essential. Success in this role will be seen in the increased efficiency of the project management as well as the clarity of the communication between the client and the team.
