Overview

Senior Corporate Solicitor - 5 Years+ PQE - South Bucks. A new opportunity exists with this highly regarded boutique home counties firm in South Buckinghamshire. The firm are looking for an ambitious Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their busy team, dealing with company sales, acquisitions, investments, demergers, capital reductions and shareholder and regulatory matters such as shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, tax and other restructuring. The firm also undertake share scheme work and secured lending, so experience of EMI schemes and/or other HMRC approved share schemes and/or dealing with loan and security documentation would be preferable but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle company sales, acquisitions, investments, demergers, capital reductions and shareholder and regulatory matters (including shareholder and LLP agreements, tax and other restructuring).
• Engage in share scheme work and secured lending; familiarity with EMI schemes and/or other HMRC approved share schemes and/or loan and security documentation is preferable but not essential.
• Collaborate with experienced Solicitors and Partners and participate in business development, marketing and networking.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years PQE in corporate law; strong corporate experience required.
• Experience with share schemes and secured lending is desirable but not essential.
