Thrive Homes is seeking a highly capable Senior Contract Surveyor to step into a newly created role that combines strategic contract management with hands‑on surveying. This role was introduced to strengthen oversight of contractor performance, budget control and compliance across our responsive and planned maintenance services, making it an ideal next step for an experienced Contract Manager or Senior Surveyor with a strong commercial and operational background.
As a high‑impact role at the core of our Property Services team, you’ll be responsible for supplier relationships, contract performance and ensuring works are delivered in line with KPIs and procurement frameworks while guaranteeing quality and compliance.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a vital contract management function in a growing organisation. You’ll have the autonomy to shape how we manage supplier relationships and deliver repairs and maintenance services while benefiting from a culture that values accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
