This role offers the opportunity to advise top-tier insurers on strategic integration and transformation programmes, helping clients navigate complex post-merger environments with confidence and precision. This is a permanent role based in London, on a hybrid basis with 2‑3 days. Salary on offer is between £65K ‑ £85K (depending on experience) + Bonus and Full Benefits.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to assess integration readiness, identify synergies, design target operating models, and drive successful execution.
