The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our UK Inbound Immigration team. You’ll play a key role in managing client engagements driving operational excellence and providing expert immigration advice to global businesses. This is a fast-paced client-facing role offering exposure to high-profile corporate clients and the chance to contribute to a collaborative high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality immigration advice and manage a diverse portfolio of client engagements.
• Ensure technical excellence and compliance with immigration regulations and EY risk policies.
• Build strong client relationships and proactively identify process improvements and opportunities.
• Manage engagement economics including budgets, billing and cash collection.
• Research and apply current immigration developments and policy changes to client solutions.
• Contribute to the development of internal training, communications and service offerings.
• Support a culture of inclusion, collaboration and exceptional client service.

Skills and Attributes for Success

You’ll have:

• Experienced immigration professional ideally with expertise in UK Skilled Worker/GBM category.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities able to manage multiple deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office, BIT and immigration case management software.
