This individual will play a critical role in delivering time-sensitive recruitment mandates, partnering closely with Relationship Managers to lead client-facing hiring projects. Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end ownership of recruitment projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes within demanding timelines.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches, maintaining clear oversight, prioritization, and execution discipline.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in mandates, representing the firm with professionalism, credibility, and deep market knowledge.
