Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Project Management experience required.
• Experience in residential builds is essential.
• Certification in SMSTS and CSCS is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update the build programme regularly.
• Coordinate and book all trades for the project.
• Ensure trades perform to schedule and quality standards.
• Order materials and resolve design issues with employer and architect.

Overview

Senior Project Manager - Bromley - Residential Contractor - Planned Works Division

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in residential new build developments, and they are looking for a Project Manager to join their planned works division on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis
• Coordinate / book all trades
• Ensure trades are performing to programme and to the highest standard
• Order / request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings
• Liaise with the employer and architect on any design / site issues that need resolving
• Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers
• Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time. We are aiming to have the development completed by the end of July with perhaps only snagging remaining.

• Previous Social Housing, Maintenance and Planned Works experience
• Previous residential build experience
