Senior Conference Producer – Tech Events

Base Salary up to £55,000+Bonus+Benefits

Are you an experienced B2B conference producer ready to take full ownership of high-quality tech events? Do you thrive on leading content-driven programmes, using your B2B expertise to shape agendas, engage audiences, and deliver impactful experiences?

This is a rare opportunity to become the first dedicated producer in a growing events and intelligence business. You’ll lead a portfolio of content-driven events, moderate and host live and online sessions, and create, edit, and produce content across multiple channels. The role offers the chance to shape programmes, bring creative ideas to enhance learning and engagement, and potentially build a production function as the business scales.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of B2B conference production experience, with a proven track record of delivering events across multiple formats and bringing creative ideas that enhance learning, engagement, and keep the programme fresh throughout the year.
• Expertise in end-to-end research, content, and programme development, including industry research, agenda creation, speaker management, and designing engaging sessions across formats.
• Content creation and repurposing, including webinars, podcasts, reports, and virtual sessions.
• Collaboration with marketing, sales, and sponsorship teams to drive engagement, delegate registration, and revenue opportunities.
• Budget management and event delivery, ensuring high-quality execution from planning through to post-event activities.
• Hands‑on, creative, and commercially aware, producing impactful events that resonate with audiences.
• Passion for tech-focused content and delivering high-quality experiences.
• A conference producer who thrives in a small, collaborative, and growing team, supporting others and embracing a hands‑on environment.
• Confident, solutions‑driven, and proactive, able to take ownership and innovate.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills, comfortable leading the full production process and delivering end‑to‑end responsibilities with confidence.
