Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams, you\'ll ensure seamless execution while maintaining a sharp focus on deadlines and financial targets. This role also offers the chance to mentor junior staff, foster thought leadership through content creation, and enhance our market position in the renewable energy sector. If you\'re a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering impactful events, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth industry mapping and structured research campaigns to uncover actionable insights.
  • Lead primary research calls and interviews to understand customer drivers for attendees and sponsors.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape event strategies.
  • Collaborate with sponsorship, delegate sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
  • Create engaging content marketing materials, including webinars, articles, and infographics.
  • Drive the success of both launch and repeat events through strategic planning.
  • Identify and define engaging, sponsorable conference topics.
  • Transform research findings into well-structured, impactful event agendas.
  • Select innovative formats (e.g., presentations, panels, roundtables) and develop profitable add-ons.
  • Identify and secure high-profile speakers through effective outreach and follow-ups.
  • Manage speaker objections and confirmations, ensuring smooth coordination pre-event and onsite.
  • Build strong relationships with speakers to enhance event quality.
  • Craft compelling marketing and website copy to drive interest and attendance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create sponsorship and delegate sales briefs that resonate with target audiences.
  • Develop commercially attractive conference programs with optimal ticket pricing strategies.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Demonstrate measurable contributions to the growth of the event portfolio.
  • Implement effective time management techniques and identify opportunities for task automation.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet event planning milestones and deadlines.
  • Partner with marketing teams to conduct data gap analyses and develop actionable insights.
  • Align sponsorship, delegate sales, and marketing strategies for cohesive event execution.
  • Host and manage conference rooms onsite, ensuring smooth coordination with speakers and team members.
  • Collaborate with event managers to guarantee successful event delivery.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, Aventri, WordPress, and MapYourShow to streamline event planning and reporting.
What We\'re Looking For

  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or knowledge in manufacturing, electronics, energy storage, or automotive is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional scheduling, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to write marketable session descriptions and agendas (copywriting).
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
    • Masterful multi-tasking abilities.
