Overview

Public sector organisation in the Staffordshire area currently require a senior compliance surveyor for an initial period of three - six months.

Purpose of the role

Reporting to the Programme & Facilities Manager, responsible for ensuring the Council's statutory compliance across a range of asset based areas.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that the Council remains legally compliant in areas such as:
• Asbestos
• Legionella
• Gas
• Electric
• CDM
• H&S
• Fire Risks
• Working closely with housing management teams, residents and premises managers to ensure operational service delivery.
• Operational management of external contractors delivering service to the Council.

Contract details

• Initial duration: 3-6 months
• Rate: £300 - £325 per day (umbrella)
• Hybrid working: 3-2 split
