Overview

Are you looking to progress your leadership skills and be at the forefront of change? We are seeking a Community Nursing Sister/Qualified District Nurse to work within our integrated Primary Care Hub, which covers Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard (this post predominately covers Leighton Buzzard). This is a friendly, dedicated and supportive team where professional guidance is readily available. We are an Outstanding Trust where the focus is on the delivery of quality outcomes and improving the patient experience.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic and motivated and has the confidence to support, coach and develop individuals to deliver consistently high quality services. You will also be required to manage your own caseload. Excellent communication and time management skills, and sound clinical knowledge, is essential. A flexible approach is required to accommodate the changing needs of the service along with the drive to influence service development.
