Qualifications

• Several years of relevant experience in collections, at Level 2 or higher.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant collection laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the collections process for outstanding debts.
• Communicate with customers regarding complex issues.
• Handle complex delinquent accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Analyze customer accounts to identify trends and improve strategies.
