What You’ll Do

• Lead a talented team of architects and developers to deliver cutting‑edge software solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee the design and implementation of features in a modern cloud‑first environment.
• Champion best practices in performance, automation, monitoring, logging, and security.
• Balance leadership with technical input, remaining hands‑on around 30% of the time while steering projects and people 70% of the time.
• Collaborate across time zones and geographies, contributing to a truly global impact.
