Senior Clinical Fellow ST4+ Emergency Medicine

The hospital is a CQC rated ‘Outstanding' institution in Greater London. We are recruiting a Senior Clinical Fellow ST4+ Emergency Medicine doctor on either a substantive or NHS Fixed Term basis.

The hospital is based in an affluent area known for its high-end restaurants, social scene and excellent schools. The Trust has invested around £10 million per year in its estate and has recently spent £25 million to expand its neonatal critical care facilities.

You will have the privilege of working with 10 Consultants and 41 junior EM doctors. The post holder is expected to work on a full rota with regional higher specialty trainees, clinical fellows with special interest in research, ultrasound, international emergency medicine and simulation.

The successful post holder must have a MBChB or equivalent, full GMC registration (ESSENTIAL) and provider status in at least one of the following: ALS/ATLS/APLS/PALS.

Ideally you will have previous experience at Middle Grade level working in the Emergency Department; however, this is not essential.

For candidates who reside abroad you must have completed the necessary language test (IELTS / OET / NARIC) before applying. You must be able to satisfy the language test requirements of the UKVI remit.

Additional Information

The Trust currently sees approximately 140,000 patients per year, including critical care, major and minor injuries and primary care patients.

  • Salary including 1A 50% banding and London Weighting: £50,878 - £78,765.50 per annum.
  • The appointment is full-shift.
