Qualifications

• At least 4 years of higher level training in gastroenterology.
• Independent diagnostic upper GI endoscopist.
• Experience in emergency GI endoscopy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daytime activities including hepatology and specialist outpatients.
• Contribute to inpatient care in Hepatology and Liver Transplant.
• Engage in research, audit, teaching, and quality improvement.

Excellent clinical skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Leadership skills

Strong oral and written communications skills in English

Education

Possession of MBBS or equivalent medical qualification

GMC Registration

Membership of relevant Royal College or equivalent

MRCP or CCST in gastroenterology
