PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Lawes is working with a prestigious broking company to recruit a Senior Client Advisor to handle commercial and agricultural risks. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected organisation that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to clients and supporting its executives with quality expertise.

As a Senior Client Advisor you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of client accounts ensuring smooth operations and outstanding client care. Youll be the trusted point of contact for insurers colleagues and clients applying your insurance knowledge to deliver solutions and support across a wide range of commercial risks in conjunction with a respected Account Executive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with Client Executives to manage and service client accounts
  • Apply insurance principles to everyday queries including policy wording extensions and limitations
  • Act as a reference point with insurers handling negotiations effectively
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards policies and processes
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues and teams across the business
  • Collaborate to write renew and service clients through the full broking process
  • Maintain accurate client applications invoicing and data quality
  • Identify opportunities to meet client needs with additional services and products
  • Commit to ongoing learning and to stay ahead in the industry
SKILLS
  • Understanding of underwriting claims and regulatory standards (FCA compliance)
  • Confident user of Microsoft Suite; Acturis experience advantageous
