We have patterned as we are looking for a Senior Clerk of Works / Site Inspector to lead and head up a new team in the compliance division. You will be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, the practice prides themselves on delivering comprehensive construction advice. My client employees over 200 employees across several offices, building surveying, project management, health & safety and cost management are sectors the business specialise in.
This role is ideal for a Senior Clerk of Works / Quality Inspector who is looking to be the driving force behind a new team. You will work closely with the department heads to shape the team and manage the service line. Liaising with important stakeholders, spotting new business opportunities and expanding the client base are key responsibilities.
The successful Senior Clerk of Works / Quality Inspector will come from a building background, the work is new developments, commercial units, retail spaces and high-rise structures. Sites are in London / Cambridge and the Southeast.
