We're working with a highly respected, design-led engineering consultancy that's making a real impact in the built environment. With a strong track record delivering sustainable, award-winning projects across residential, commercial, education, and public sectors, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with around 5-10 years of experience, including at least 1-2 years in the UK, who's passionate about technical excellence, sustainability, and collaborative project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical design work across drainage, SuDS, earthworks, levels strategy, and flood risk.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and contractors to develop integrated civil design solutions.
• Act as project engineer on multiple schemes, independently managing your own workload and interfacing with clients.
• Support junior team members and contribute to technical mentoring and peer learning.

You'll Bring:

• Strong proficiency in MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage and Civil 3D.
• Practical knowledge of SuDS strategies, drainage networks, and cut-and-fill design.
• The ability to write and contribute to Flood Risk Assessments.
• A client-facing mindset, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
• Chartered status (or close to achieving it) with a relevant institution.
