We're looking for a Senior Civil Design Engineer to work on a wide range of residential development projects, with a particular focus on drainage and highways design. This role offers the chance to take ownership of projects, deliver technical solutions, and support the development of junior team members.
As a Senior Civil Design Engineer, you will design drainage, highways, estate roads and earthworks for residential developments. You will also prepare technical drawings and reports, produce Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Statements, and work with S278 and S38 agreements. The position offers opportunities to provide guidance to less experienced colleagues while remaining hands‑on with technical delivery.
