Senior Civil Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in Wellingborough, where innovation meets excellence. With a strong emphasis on leveraging advanced technologies like BIM and Revit, this role offers the opportunity to lead and shape impactful Civil Engineering projects with a salary up to 50,000, hybrid working options, and a great benefits package.


As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and managing diverse Civil and Infrastructure projects, including Highways, Drainage Systems, and External Works. Your portfolio will span both new construction and refurbishment projects for a broad range of public and private sector clients.

  • Prepare reports, technical specifications, and design documentation

Senior Civil Engineer Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Chartered status (e.g., CEng MICE) or actively working towards it
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in civil design engineering
  • Experience in drainage systems and flood risk management
  • Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, Site 3D, Ground Modelling, Flow, and WinDes
  • Strong understanding of design standards, regulations, Eurocodes, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • Skilled in client interactions and project management
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality outcomes
