Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of care professionals to ensure high standards of care.
• Develop and review individualised care plans for each child.
• Oversee safe medication administration according to guidelines.
• Monitor daily routines for the well-being of the children.
• Maintain accurate documentation including care plans and compliance records.
• Promote staff development through strong leadership during training.
