Qualifications

• Achieved Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
• Experience working with children in residential care or similar settings.

• Motivate and be a role model for the children.
• Create unique, child-centric care plans.
• Engage in hands-on activities like homework help and outdoor exploration.
