A family-run children’s residential care provider in Seghill is seeking a Senior Childcare Practitioner to provide consistent care and support to children aged 7 to 17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties. The role offers progression opportunities and includes an hourly rate of £14.50, with comprehensive benefits including health support and training. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and experience in a related field.

Essential Requirements:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent recognised Level 3 qualification)
Experience working in residential childcare or a related field
Full UK driving licence
Minimum age: 21 (in line with Ofsted requirements)
Desirable:
Experience supporting children with complex emotional needs
A calm, consistent, and nurturing approach
