A contemporary ethical restaurant in London is seeking a Chef De Cuisine to manage kitchen operations and seasonal menu preparations. Candidates must have at least one year of experience, be able to work evenings and weekends, and possess a full comprehension of hygiene standards and kitchen processes. The position offers a salary starting from £40,000 yearly and an immediate start.
Chef De Cuisine. . (Strictly able to work Evenings and Weekends). . Experience is required for minimum of one year.. We Require:. Full comprehension of Hygiene standard. Full comprehension of basic kitchen preparations. Good understanding of Ingredients. Good Knowledge of temperature control. . Fast pace weekend brunch. So please only apply if you are able to work on both weekends.. . We are hyper seasonal restaurant that changes the menu regularly.. .
