Qualifications

  • Proven experience in category management or related roles in FMCG or CPG sector.
  • Strong understanding of syndicated data, metrics and software (e.g. Nielsen, Circana).
  • Willing to travel domestically approx. 10% of time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of Home Fragrance category strategies.
  • Leverage data from various sources to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in meetings with retail partners.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams.
  • Monitor promotional effectiveness and pricing strategies.
  • Measure category performance using KPIs.
  • Prepare and present regular category updates.
  • Support ad-hoc category projects.
