• Comprehensive understanding of Casualty Underwriting, preferably with large multinational business.
• Solid experience of dealing with brokers and clients.
• Results driven with ability to make own decisions.
• Experience in leadership, training, mentoring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new business and renewals according to guidelines.
• Promote Chubb corporately to brokers and clients.
• Service key producers and clients through pro-active visitation.
• Assist in formulating underwriting strategy and portfolio management.
• Manage junior colleagues and provide mentoring.
