This role is for a Senior Care Assistant to work nights at Avery Healthcare's care home in Acomb. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the care team in delivering high-quality, personalized care to residents, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. The role requires relevant experience, qualifications, and a commitment to Avery's values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable.
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development.
