  • Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff members, ensuring adherence to care standards and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and changes in their health status using IT systems.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care needs and updates.

Experience and Qualifications
