The Magna Care Centre in Wimborne is a 69-bedded Residential, Dementia Care and Nursing Home with a CQC rating of 'Good' and a 9.9 rating on Carehome.co.uk. Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff in their everyday lives. This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week on day shifts (8am-8pm), including alternate weekends.

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents, while also encouraging development and growth within your team. You will be a leader who can empower and motivate your colleagues. Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a senior care assistant role or equivalent, as well as a strong understanding of person-centered care and the ability to work effectively in a team.
