A renowned care provider in Dunstable is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and provide personalized care to residents. The role involves maintaining high standards of care, developing care plans, and ensuring residents receive the support they need. Ideal candidates will have a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and experience with dementia care. Competitive hourly rates and benefits are included.
About The Role. This role is Full Time 33hrs per week working over a seven day rota, with opportunities for a Senior Care Assistant on Days and also on Nights. The employer is open to discussion in interviews.
As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. You will help deliver care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes, getting to know residents and their families, and providing personalised care plans that give residents security, dignity and independence. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain high standards of care, and influence the team. You may assist with activities, support residents and families, and work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager. You will be involved in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities and may administer medication.
